WEEK 3-7: Candidate Due Diligence

Interviewing and assessing, providing written and verbal in-depth assessments of candidates – we ensure a fit not only with the existing business, but also with an executive who will enhance and build the desired culture.


WEEK 4-9: Interviewing and Presenting

Introducing a diverse panel of qualified candidates to you – we are committed to quality and diversity.


WEEK 6-10: Selection and Offer

Advising on strengths and competencies of finalists, checking references, and negotiation of compensation packages for the benefit of the client, as well as the candidate – we make this a win-win situation.


WEEK 10: Search Completed

Review search with you, provide follow ups with placed candidate to ensure a successful integration.
