Our History

1977 Gould & McCoy was founded by William (Bill) Gould and Millington (Millie) McCoy.
1986 Susan Chadick joined the firm, bringing a combination of corporate and consulting human capital experience.
1994 Name changed to Gould, McCoy & Chadick.
2000 Janice Reals Ellig joined the firm, bringing more than twenty years of experience as a corporate executive.
2003 Name changed to Gould • McCoy • Chadick • Ellig.
2007 Name changed to Chadick Ellig, reflecting names of Co-CEOs Susan Chadick and Janice Reals Ellig.
2010 Chadick Ellig becomes a member firm of IIC Partners, a top ten global executive search organization.
